- It's in excellent condition, structurally sound and showing lovely patina.
- Use in the hallway, study, lounge, etc. Will make a brilliant home library, somewhere where you can store your books and sit and read. Add a cushion or two to make it that little bit more comfortable.

Pick up from our Rowville workshop weekdays between 10am and 4pm or Saturdays by arrangement. Delivery can be arranged at the buyer's expense. It's a 2 person lift and you're help to carry it will be greatly appreciated. Otherwise we'll have to hire help and charge extra accordingly.
