Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as received. This includes being free of any additional damage, alterations, or signs of wear that were not present when the item was delivered.
  • Original Packaging: If possible, please return the item in its original packaging to prevent any damage during transit.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our business and the uniqueness of each piece, the following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Custom or bespoke items that have been specifically altered or made to order.
  • Sale items or items marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Items that have been significantly altered post-purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Approval: Once we receive your request, we will review it and respond within 3 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the item arrives safely.

Refunds

  • Method: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Timeframe: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have processed it.
  • Restocking Fee: In some cases, a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price may be applied.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by offering a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return shipping costs.
