Weekly Rates (offering a discount for longer rentals):

  • 5-day rate = 4 days' cost
  • 7-day rate = 5 days' cost

Additional Considerations:

  1. Security Deposit: 50% of item's sale value
  2. Minimum Rental Period: 3 days
  3. Insurance Requirements: Production company to provide certificate of insurance
  4. Delivery/Pickup: Charge standard delivery rates plus 15% for production handling
