Very good condition. We have cleaned and polished the timber, which has as to be expected light wear, small dents and marks in some places. Not very noticeable but mentioned for clarity. Tiles have no chips or cracks.

Pick up from our Rowville warehouse weekdays between 10am and 4pm or Saturdays by arrangement. Delivery can be arranged at buyer's expense, whether to Melbourne, regional Victoria or interstate.
